Please join us on Tuesday June 2 for our annual end-of-season concert, Creo Animam, a multimedia concert curated by futurist and digital artist, Ryan Kelln. The show will investigate the social implications of the acceleration of technology, the evolution of artificial intelligence, and the collision of transparency/privacy. The repertoire consists of contemporary traditional choral works along with pop and science-fiction mash-ups. Works by Whitacre, Powell, Hogan, and arrangements by Univox members and guest composers. Portion of proceeds will be donated to OpenMedia.org,
an award-winning community-based organization that safeguards the possibilities of the open Internet, working toward informed and participatory digital policy by engaging hundreds of thousands of people in protecting online rights.
